Under the Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days after you receive the goods. However, you must initially advise us by letter or e-mail.
It is required that you return the goods in the condition in which they were received, with appropriate packaging, by a track-able delivery method and at your own cost. Goods should be returned to the address below.. New World Transcends Vision will not give refunds for goods that has been damaged in transit but will in most circumstances exchange for a similar item of same or the similar price as original for items that you would want to exchange:
